This is the first time we are writing a review on a public forum, but we had to describe how wonderful our house buying experience was with Yasir! We have never owned a house, so we entered the real estate field with barely any knowledge. Yasir was very knowledgeable and made us familiar with the various aspects of buying a house. Even though he is involved with multiple clients, he is very cognizant of the client’s time, and adjusts his schedule accordingly. He was prompt in answering our texts and calls, and not once seemed frustrated with our never-ending questions. He has a very positive personality and is great with communication. He even kept an eye on our accompanying 2 year old daughter, when we were exploring some houses. Yasir is really good with performing market analysis and will do his due diligence and help you make an informed decision. Most importantly, we did not feel pressured or rushed and he even took an active part in negotiations and follow ups. We happily recommend him for anyone wanting a patient and knowledgeable agent, and we will surely approach him in the future for any subsequent home buying endeavors!
